By signing up for or using BarbSyncc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including barbers, salon owners, and their customers.
BarbSyncc is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides: • A branded mini-website for your barbershop or salon • QR code for customer review and registration • Automated WhatsApp, SMS, and email reminders to bring customers back • A customer loyalty system • Appointment booking • Analytics dashboard • 1 barber per 500 meters territory exclusivity per subscription
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BarbSyncc is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
BarbSyncc offers the following subscription plans: • Monthly: $249/month • Quarterly: $649 per 3 months • Yearly: $2,499 per year All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Each active subscription grants exclusivity to 1 barber per 500 meters from your registered shop location. This exclusivity is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. BarbSyncc reserves the right to adjust territory boundaries in exceptional circumstances with prior notice.
You agree not to: • Use BarbSyncc for any illegal purpose • Send spam or unsolicited messages to customers who have not opted in • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform • Resell or white-label BarbSyncc without written permission • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content • Use the platform to compete directly with BarbSyncc
By using BarbSyncc's messaging features, you confirm that: • All customers whose details are added have provided consent to receive messages • You will not use the platform to send promotional messages unrelated to your barbershop services • You comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable telecommunications laws (including TCPA in the USA)
All content, design, code, and trademarks of BarbSyncc are owned by BarbSyncc. You retain ownership of your shop name, logo, photos, and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant BarbSyncc a non-exclusive license to display it on your mini-website and marketing materials.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, your data and mini-website remain accessible until the billing period ends, after which they will be deactivated.
BarbSyncc is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific revenue results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarbSyncc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue or lost customers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BarbSyncc, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any third party's rights.
BarbSyncc reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before major changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by applicable international business law. For users in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and Canada, we comply with local consumer protection regulations. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
