How do I set up BarbSyncc?

After signing up, our 5-step setup wizard guides you through everything — shop details, photos, services, and WhatsApp connection. Most barbers complete setup in under 10 minutes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard Settings page. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Do customers need the WhatsApp app?

For WhatsApp reminders, yes. For customers without WhatsApp, BarbSyncc also sends SMS (via Twilio) and email reminders so you never miss anyone.

Can I change my shop location?

Yes, contact us at support@barbsyncc.com and we'll help you update your territory. Note that territory exclusivity is subject to availability at the new location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider Dodo Payments. Payments are in USD.
