Refund Policy

Simple & Transparent

BarbSyncc is a month-to-month subscription. There is no free trial. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges. We do not refund partial or already-started billing periods.

1. Subscription & Billing

BarbSyncc is a paid subscription with no free trial. Your subscription begins when your first payment is processed and renews automatically until you cancel. • Monthly plans renew every month. • Quarterly plans renew every 3 months. • Yearly plans renew every 12 months.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. • We do not provide refunds for partial months or for billing periods that have already started. • Quarterly plans: if cancelled within 7 days of payment, eligible for a prorated refund for unused full months. • Yearly plans: if cancelled within 14 days of payment, eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, eligible for a prorated refund for unused full months.

3. What Is Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds: • Accounts that violated our Terms of Service • Monthly subscriptions once the billing period has started • Partial or unused portions of an already-started billing period • Setup fees or one-time charges if applicable

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Email support@barbsyncc.com with subject line "Refund Request" 2. Include your account email and reason for refund We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@barbsyncc.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve genuine errors promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

BarbSyncc reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Existing subscribers will be subject to the policy in effect at their time of purchase for the current billing period.
